My View:

If you have time and a Synovate e-mail is in the box, you may as well take it.  Since they pay in cash this is one I am just sitting around on waiting until I have a decent amount to cash out.  I will update once I have more experience on the cash out, but I have a feeling that may be awhile since I do not get many surveys from them.

Pros: They have a good reputation.  They give you points as gifts throughout the year just being an active member.  Each survey you complete gets you entered into their monthly sweepstakes. 

Cons: They do not have many surveys that I see.  They only pay out in check form.

My View:

My opinion is that this site takes a very long time to cash out.  I have a bit over $20.00 currently and have been a member for a year.  Granted I do not like to sign up for all sorts of spammy offers or free trials so it may be that this site is not really for me.  I have seen good reviews elsewhere.  So take this for what it is worth.  I can not vouch yet for how they are with pay outs.  Whenever I reach $30.00 I will let you know.

The Pros: You get told what surveys are worth in cash and not points.  They have implemented a new cash bar when you log into the site that shows you current earnings right away.

The Cons: Paid e-mails are never worth much (when are they?), I never seem to qualify much for regular surveys so I end up wasting more time trying on them then what they are worth.
